Description
Located along La Jolla Shores Beach, Kellogg Park as a huge grassy space for children to play and run. It has a playground which can keep the kids busy. A beachfront boat launch is within walking distance for those who want to explore the beach. It is also popular to surfers and divers.
The park is open from 4am to 10pm. You can bring food, but not alcoholic beverage. Restrooms and showers are located on site.

Nice Beach with fire places, decent restrooms and cold (but fairly warm) outdoor beach showers.
