Oceano Memorial Park offers various recreational activities like fishing, picnicking, and of course, swimming at Pismo Beach. It is a great place to have picnic and BBQ with the family.

There is a shower in nearby campground, seems to be ok to use it for outside visitors. It's 1$ for 3 mins. Showers are closed at 6pm.

Very nice park, great for lunch or picnic. Lots of benches. Playground for kids nearby. Sign No parking between 9pm-6 am.
