Recreational activities are unlimited at Smith River. Steelhead, trout and salmon fishing is a popular activity here. Visitors can also go swimming, rafting, and boating. The forested mountainsides are perfect for hiking, bird watching, and just exploring. Wildflowers are also abundant here.

Craig beach access only for day use, no overnight parking or camping signs everywhere

A really nice spot, close to Crescent city and several hiking Trails in the Smith Creek area. It's close to the road but during the night absolutely silent.
