Yosemite National Park has 13 popular campgrounds, and seven of them are on a reservation system. Reservations are required all year for Yosemite Valley's campgrounds and summer through fall for Hodgdon Meadow, Crane Flat, Wawona, and half of Tuolumne Meadows.

Here you have to go to get on the waiting list. To get a Campsite. Get here at 7.30am to be the first one on the list. At 3pm you have to get there again to get a canceled Campsite. We was lucky and everyday there was ~20 cancellations.
