Description
A 5-acre aquarium on Rainbow Harbor aiming to instill a sense of wonder and respect for the Pacific Ocean, its inhabitants and ecosystems. It is the 4th most attended aquarium in the US and features about 12,000 animals and over 100 exhibits celebrating the largest body of water in the planet. Around 1.7 million people visit the aquarium every year.
Visitors can also have a chance to join naturalists and experts in their voyage to look for Blue Whale, watch the sea lions, and see ships from around the world.
The aquarium is open daily from 9am to 6pm except on Christmas Day. General admission for adult costs $36.95, $33.95 for seniors, and $26.95 for children. Visitors can opt for admission packages with additional experiences like Blue Whale Watch and Sea Life Cruise or Harbor Tour. Annual membership is also offered.
