Description
Badwater Basin is a huge salt flat which is the lowest point in North America. During summer, you can admire the view from your car, but on winter, you can be in awe up close as you can walk onto the salt flat. Within a quarter mile, you will find the salt polygons which makes Death Valley famous. These create a unique landscape in the park. It will take around 1 to 2 hours driving, walking, and hiking to this attraction.
