Easily accessible, super huge rest stop off the i-5, lots of water taps along the parking spots. Standard road side rest stop rules apply, so no permanent camping ( why would you want to do that anyway, with so many nice parks nearby?). Great for a quick rest. Clean facilities. A guy came by to test the water at the taps in the morning. All clear!
