Description

A privately-owned desert estate which is home to over a hundred huge metal sculptures. You can drive on dirt roads to get near to the humongous creatures both from million years ago and recent times. There are sculptures of serpent, cricket, scorpion, grasshopper, dragon, dinosaurs, mammoth, and a lot more. They are made by Southern Californian artist Ricardo Breceda through commission of the land's owner, Dennis Avery. It is open to the public and located in the unfenced Galleta Meadows. You can also do hiking, biking, horseback riding, picnicking and photography in this area.

Very cool! Easily enjoyed from tbe road but try to make time to walk around and see the scuptures up close. Truly amazing art!
