Description

Visitors will be amazed at this area with boiling water bubbling up from the creek and spitting geyser eruptions. It is because of the hot magma about 3 miles below the surface of the Earth in this site. Water temperatures in the creek change rapidly that's why swimming and entering the water is strictly prohibited. Earthquakes can cause sudden geyser eruptions and overnight appearances of new hot springs.
