Description
Take a trip to Mallo Pass Creek Beach, which is hidden away in a rocky cove and has a wonderful pyramid-shaped rock at the northern point. Some driftwood pile up on the beach at the south end, so make sure to avoid this area of the beach.
The beach is easily accessible, as there is a small parking area off Highway 1 with an old gated road entrance. Visitors can walk a quarter-mile of the parking lot and see another parking lot signed 'Vista Point', which is excellent for whale-watching from December through April.

Great place for a quiet night! Nice views of the ocean (if its not foggy ;) one other van stayed as well.

Beautiful spot on the ocean. Had the place to ourselves. Several cars pulled in to look at the view but departed promptly. Windy.
