Description
If taking transit or biking to Presidio National Park isn't an option, and driving is a must,
limited parking is available throughout the park near visitor destinations. Most parking areas are regulated seven days a week.
Paid parking areas require drivers to display an hourly or daily parking permit that corresponds to the zone number shown on posted signs. Permits can be purchased from a Pay-and-Display pay station, and can cost between $1.90 to $2.60 per hour and between $9.50 to $11.50 per day.

NO overnight parking allowed! The police contact this WkikCamper. But they are very friendly and strict.

Nice spot with a glimpse of the Golden Gate Bridge. On the other side of the bridge stayed also a lot of people. But this place was quiet, fantastic to go to sleep with the sounds of the frogs

I overnighted without problems but maybe I was lucky. Very quiet and nice spot in the earth of san francisco.
