Moderate to Hard trail. We packed 55lb packs for traning and it was difficult at dome points. There are trails down to the river where you can camp on BLM land. THIS IS A HIKING TRAIL. There are toilets at Purdon Crossing. You can camp up to China Dam. After that it is a day use area.
