This dump station located 2 miles South of Pismo Beach is open all year from 8 am to 5 pm. Potable and non-potable water are also available. It is free for registered guests of Pismo State Beach, but non-guests need to pay $10 per use.

Enough space for big RVs, we didnt find a place where we had to pay for it and another person also used it without paying. Believe this is for free, at least in Oct.
