Description

This 710-acre park offers both day and overnight use. A total of 96 individual and group campsites can be occupied here. It offers a great view of the mountains and Lake Cahuilla. With beautiful sceneries and a number of outdoor activities, it is a good spot to escape the busy life in the city. You can do fishing in the lake, or maybe do some hiking and horseback riding on trails near the park. There is also a refreshing swimming pool where you can have a peaceful time. Picnic tables and barbecues are available for your parties and events. However, recreation activities in the lake are limited to avoid the introduction and spread of quagga and zebra mussels. Boats are not allowed, as well as swimming in the lake and floating devices. Fishing equipment will be inspected upon entry. PRICES: Camping fee is $25 - $45 while day-use is $6 per adult and $3 for children. Fishing costs $10. There is also a sewage dump which is free for guests and will cost $20 for non-campers.
