Description
A gated community just off of Rosedale Highway within close proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, and local attractions. Each site is beautifully landscaped with paved and concrete streets. Internet and telephone can be accessed on site. There are restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities. Locked mailboxes are available in all sites, and most have storage sheds provided.
Ponderosa clubhouse and swimming pool are great places to hang out or relax. This RV park is eco-friendly and uses solar power. Pets are also welcome to stay with you.
Suncrest Village is a monthly rental park. Monthly rate starts at $525 and can go as high as $650 depending on your site and size of RV. Rent already includes water, sewer, and trash. Electricity will be billed monthly. 2 pets are allowed per site for a fee of $25 per pet every month.
