Description

Situated in Rio Grande National Forest, Aspen Glade Campground is composed of three loops - A, B, and C. Unmarked Loop A can be found on the left when entering the campground and is lightly wooded with Ponderosa pines. Marked Loop B is also lightly wooded with Ponderosa pines, while unmarked Loop C is adjacent to the fast-moving Conejos River and can be found below Loops A and B and heavily wooded with tall, mature spruce. This is a pleasant and attractive campground excellent for both the transient and destination camper, as it offers 32 sites, with seven pull-throughs.
