Description

At an elevation of 7,600 feet, Buckeye Recreation Area is most easily accessible from the town of Paradox, making it a popular fishing and camping location in the mountains. It offers 30 single family reservable campsites and one reservable group site, a boat ramp for small fishing boats, and 18 less developed dispersed campsites scattered around the reservoir.
