Description
Some of the 20 campsites at Dutch George Flats are shaded by cottonwood and ponderosa pine trees, but most of the camp is an open flat area. Larger RVs can be accommodated here since it has a good highway access, paved interior roads, and longer parking spurs.
All sites are first come, first served and equipped with picnic table, fire ring, and tent pad. Vault toilets and drinking water are available. Campers can go fishing, four-wheel driving, and enjoying the beautiful scenery.
Camping fee is $23 a night. It is open from May to September.

Dutch George Campground is a lower-elevation campground located adjacent to Colorado Highway 14 and the Cache La Poudre River. It is primarily an open flat area but there are cottonwood and ponderosa pine trees within the riparian zone of the river, providing shade to some of the campsites.

This campground is well-suited for larger RVs due to the highway access, paved interior road, and longer parking spurs. There are 20 sites available on a first-come, first-served basis.
