Description
Tucked between the southern shore of Shadow Mountain Reservoir and banks of Colorado River, Green Ridge campground is perfect for fishing and boating. It features 79 sites for tents, RVs, and trailers. All sites are equipped with picnic tables, fire rings, and tent pads. Drinking water, flush and vault toilets are available in the camp.
Firewood can either be gathered in the forest or purchased from the camp host. A boat ramp and dock are located on site.
Camping fee is $23 a night.

It does not have showers!! I went and got this campsite and to find out there is no showers..
