Description

Island Lake Campground is mostly nestled in a thick grove of mature spruce, providing 41 sites that can hold rigs of up to 60 feet. A few sites have a panoramic vista of the Grand Valley and several of the lakes below. Campers can visit the 144-acre Island Lake, which is only a 0.1-mile walk from the campground, where they can use the wheelchair-accessible fishing pier, boat ramp, and the fish cleaning station.
