Jake Gulch campground has ponderosa pines and aspens around the area. Wildflowers are abundant here during summer. It has 2 loops, Columbine and Yarrow, with a total of 55 RV sites and 10 walk-to tent sites. Electric hookups are available in Columbine Loop. It also has an equestrian camp with 5 sites, horse stalls, and space for horse trailers.
Sites have picnic tables, fire rings, and tent pads. Bear lockers are available in some sites. Vault toilets and drinking water can be accessed here. Campers can hike with a view of Mummy Range.
Camping fee is $24 a night for standard site, and $32 for electric hookups.
