Description
Managed by park concessioner Aramark and is open seasonally, Morefield Campground offers 267 campsites located within a high grassy canyon filled with Gambel oak, native flowers, deer, and wild turkeys. Each campsite has a picnic table, gravel tent pad, and fire pit and/or bbq grill.
The area features a camp store, which offers registration, food, and camp supplies. Firewood, gasoline, showers, a coin-operated laundromat, and a kennel are located nearby.

Nice campground with clean and free restrooms and showers, washing maschines and drink water. The tent sites have a hard ground - it was difficult to put the hooks in. Mobile phone or wlan doesnt work. There are a lot of wild animals like bears and deers. Do not leave drinks and food outside/ tent! They have also a grocery store where you can buy fresh burrito or pancakes for breakfast. All in all - nice but a bit pricey.

Great campground with ‚wild' Visitors. Toilette und trash close, showers 2 about 1 mile away by the shop.
