Description

River Hill Campground is a double loop campground surrounded by willows and spruce trees, and campers can come here to fish for trout, camp by the river, and enjoy the beautiful views of the nearby forested hills and rock bluffs. There are many sites that are screened well with trees, and a trail access to the Continental Divide and Weminuche Wilderness. There's a total of 20 sites equipped with parking spurs, picnic tables, and fireplace rings, as well as two vault toilets with lights that have been designed for handicapped, but not wheelchairs. Drinking water is provided with two well hand pumps and sink water disposal is possible.
