Description
Nestled in an open ponderosa pine setting, this campground is located near Sleeping Elephant Mountain. Views of the mountain can be seen from the camp.it has 15 sites with picnic tables and fire rings. Vault toilets and drinking water are available. Large RVs cannot be accommodated here.
Camping fee is $19 a night. It is open from May to September.

Many shaded campsites and clean vault toilets in full view of the sleeping elephant. Close to the highway but there wasn't much traffic so noise wasn't a problem.
