Description
West Elk Wilderness can be explored by campers of Soap Creek, as the southern trails leading into the area are accessible from the camp. There are horse corrals next to the campground for those traveling with their horses.
Soap Creek has 21 sites with tables and fire rings. Vault toilet, water, and trash bins are available on ground. Camping fee is $14 a night. The campground operates from June to September.
