Ackerman Overlook has beautiful views of Front Range. There are 20 parking spaces in the area and 5 spaces for RVs and trailers. It is also a memorial for Jasper Ackerman who was a decorated World War I and II veteran who helped found the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo.
