Description

These lava cliffs are result of a lava flow from Never Summer Range over 28 million years ago. Over time, glaciers cut open the hillside which revealed the Lava Cliffs seen now in Rocky Mountain National Park. Along the cliffs, visitors might spot Prairie Falcons and American Pipits.
