Description
Western Museum of Mining and Industry aims to preserve the mining history of Colorado and American West. It features several exhibits where visitors can walk through mine shafts, steam engine, rescue pods, mining offices, and admire the large collection of fluorescent minerals.
The museum is open from 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Saturdays. Admission fee is $11 for adults, $10 for military, $9 for seniors, $8 for students, and $6 for children.
