Great place nice people around. in November-January period there is no maximum stay limit. just arrive during the day to navigate between the trees looking for a campsite. it's all dispersed camping in a bright forest setting

Came back in late October and the campground was mowed and much better kept. There were also portable toilets. At night you can hear some road noise from the interstate. There are signs up stating a proposed fee change to $10, not sure if or when this will come into effect.

That is the first really nice and free place that I visited in Florida since the last 3 weeks! Lot of space, no designed sites (just stay wherever you want), minimum 10 brand new portable toilets and bins. There is a post that's proposed to get a fee from 10$ (at February 2018) but it's still for free! Great!
