Beautiful campground with nice clean bathrooms. Love to sit and watch the boats go down the lock waterway. Fishing and boat docks available. Bring shade cover because the sites along the lock dont have a lot of trees or shade. Plenty of stores near by. About 15 minutes from the beach or so. Thumbs up

Good place to set up camp for the night- only complaint is that it has a highway/freeway going over the top of it so it can get a lot of traffic noise. Otherwise a decent place to pull up camp.

Phipps Park has traditional campsites with picnic tables and fire rings as well as 18 RV sites with electric, water and a dump station. There is a 90-Day Limit RV Camping and 30-Day Limit Tent Camping per County Fiscal Year. The front gate opens at 6:00 a.m. and closes at 7:30 p.m. Campers are provided a gate code to enter after hours.
