This site is Walk Up Only and is not reservable. Fees for these Walk Up Only sites shall be deposited in the iron ranger at the trailhead.A State Forest Use Permit is required to park overnight at the Bear Pond or Cassia Trailhead. A permit can be obtained by calling (352) 360-6675.Access to the site is via the Florida National Scenic Trail.Use only dead material found on the ground for firewood.
