Description
Torreya is one of the most scenic places in Florida as it overlooks the Apalachicola River. It is a great place for hiking and bird watching. The park was named from the extremely rare species of Torreya trees which only grow on the bluffs along Apalachicola River.
The park has 30 sites with water and electric hookups and a furnished yurt. Restrooms and showers are located in the camp. A museum, playground and pavilion are featured in the park.
Camping fee is $16 a night.
