Monthly rate is $250 + electric. No washing vehicles or RVs. No Wi-Fi or cable offered, just the basics at a great rate. Excellent showers and water pressure! Some park models for rent. Mostly year-round residents. Good selection of vacant sites. Slide-outs measurements may have limited choices. Nice owners live on premises.
