Description
Don Carter is the first state park set on Lake Lanier. It will be enjoyed by water sport lovers. They can go kayaking, waterskiing, swimming, boating and fishing. Hiking and biking can also be done in the park.
It has 44 RV and tent sites, 12 primitive tent sites, and 8 cottages. It has boat ramps, docks, fish cleaning station, sand beach, playground, outdoor fitness equipment and gift shop.
