As mentioned under here. Place for 14 RV's. Tickets at visitors centre. So if you do not mind the loud busses (airco engines) that are waiting for their guests, touristtrams that run over the parking spot until late, its your place to overnight cheap. Silence between 12 and 6

Savannah Visitors Center allows overnight camping of RVs in specially designated spaces for up to 48hrs. Purchase overnight pass at the Visitors Center desk.
