Description

Secret Beach, officially known as Kauapea Beach is known for its size, seclusion, and beauty. To reach the beach, from Kushiro Highway turn onto Kalihiwai Road. From there take the first right onto a red dirt road (Secret Beach Road). You will then need to hike along a fairly steep trail. There are no lifeguards or facilities.
