Description
Wailua River State Park consists mainly of the lush Wailua River Valley and the Wailua River, which is the only navigable river in Hawaii. Visitors can take boat tours (fee charged) to Fern Grotto, an unusual fern-covered cave set in a tropical garden, and see the two scenic waterfalls, 'Opaeka'a Falls and Wailua Falls, that reside within the park.
