Description

Lyon Arboretum is part of the University of Hawaii and is a public botanical garden with a nearly 200-acre collection of plants in the tropical rainforest of Mnoa Valley. It features over seven miles of hiking trails and boasts over 6,000 taxa of tropical and sub-tropical plants. The arboretum also coordinates, facilitates, and executes research, instruction, and service activities that utilize its collections and resources.
