Description

Nestled on Alturas Lake, this campground offers canoeing, kayaking, fishing, sailing, swimming, and motorboating. There is a day-use beach and picnic area near the campground. It has 28 single sites and 8 double sites which can be reserved in advance. Campers can stay for a maximum of 10 days. Picnic tables, fire rings, water, and vault toilets are available. Dogs are allowed but must be on leash. It is open from June to September. Camping fee is $20 a night.
