Description
Campers at Pine Flats can enjoy rafting, kayaking, and fishing on South Fork Payette River which flows next to the camp. A natural hot spring is also located on the edge of the river. Pine Flats campground is surrounded by Ponderosa pines and summer wildflowers. Wildlife animals are occasionally spotted, too.
The camp has 24 sites which can be reserved in advance. Picnic tables, fire rings, trash service, water, and vault toilets are available. Dogs are allowed but must be on leash. It is open from May to September.
Camping fee is $15 a night.
