Description
With its location in Peace Valley, hiking, fishing, and hunting are the popular recreations that campers can do here. Peace Valley has many trails not just for hiking, but also for mountain biking, horseback riding, and ATV riding. Several wildlife can also be spotted here like deer, elk, bald eagles, and red-tailed hawks. Silver Creek Punge which is a privately developed hot spring is also located nearby.
Lodgepole pine provide partial shade in Silver Creek campground and its 57 campsites. All sites are accessible and can accommodate up to 8 people. RVs up to 50 feet can stay here. Tent pads, picnic tables, and fire rings are provided in each site. Two group sites are also available that can accommodate 80 to 100 people. Vault toilet and drinking water are available.
Camping fee is $15 for single site and $150 for group site. Some sites can be reserved in advance. The campground is open from May to September.
