Description

Stanley Lake campground is nestled on a hillside above the lake. It is surrounded by lodgepole pines which provide shade to the sites. Boating, waterskiing, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing can be done in the lake. There is a scenic overlook in the camp where campers can have a stunning view of McGowan Peak. It has 19 sites that can be reserved in advance. Picnic tables, fire rings, water, and vault toilets are available. Dogs are allowed but must be on leash. It is open from June to September. Camping fee is $20 a night for single site.
