The Sierra Silver Mine Tour is fun for adventurers of all ages, as visitors can personally experience the actual methods of hard-rock mining in the richest silver district on earth.
Led by a retired miner who will guide visitors through a real silver mine, it is a short trip to and from the mine aboard the classic trolley with a narrated tour of Historic Wallace. 1 hour and 15 minute tours depart from the ticket office every 30 minutes with the first tour departing at 10am and the last at 4pm.

Great little trolley tour. The trolley takes you up to an old silver mine where you are taken on a walking tour of the mine and shown how a mine functions and the equipment that they use. The tour guide shows several bits of running machinery and you get to wear a hard hat! Make sure to wear closed in shoes as it is a little muddy in the mine.
