Description
The Henson Robinson Zoo is a private non-profit zoo owned and operated by the Springfield Park District, and was built in 19681970 on the eastern shore of Lake Springfield to serve the population of Central Illinois. It has been housing over 300 animal specimens representing more than 80 species.
