Description
Visit the Lincoln Heritage Museum on the campus of Lincoln College to explore and experience the interactive tour of the rare and valuable collection of artifacts that tell the story of the life and times of Abraham Lincoln. The museum offers various tour options, depending on the amount of time the visitor has available, the type of tour desired, and visitor ages.
Its first floor exhibit area showcases more than 100 rare and original historic pieces relating to Lincoln and the Civil War.
Lincoln College was founded in 1865 and was the first college named in honor of Abraham Lincoln. The original building, University Hall, was built in 1865 and is still an active part of the campus.
