Stayed for overnite on June 16-17, friendly people. Rates are very reasonable but vary based on? Gravel spots. Only saw full hookup sites. Didn't get to try pool, but it looked great. Will spend an extra day on a return trip to use the pool. WARNING: water pressure is city supplied and 100psi. Had to use a pressure regulator. We are pulling a travel trailer and cannot comment on big rig use. Did see a 45-footer parked in a rear spot.
