Barksdale Famcamp is open to serve those in active duty, reserve, retired military, DOD, NAF civilians and their guests.
It offers 62 RV sites with full hookups. It has bathrooms, showers, playground, picnic area, opportunities for fishing, hiking, hunting and golfing, library, fitness center, swimming pool, snack bar, movie theater, and museum.
Daily rate is $20.

We liked the FamCamp. Decent and clean showerhouse. Friendly staff. Gravel lots for short term/one nights other sites are concrete slab. They are expanding the Camp Ground.
