Description

The 10,000-acre Mount Agamenticus Conservation Region provides a unique natural treasure in the highly developed southern Maine. It is comprised of a rich and unique coastal forest that supports the highest diversity of animal and plant species in all of Maine. Ideal for local residents and visitors, the trails are for hikers, bikers, and for other seasonal activities such as snowshoeing. Select trails are also open to equestrians and ATV riders.
