Police stopped by, very friendly, don't really care, if you're nice, where you park.

Nice. Permit's at City Hall, box next to road - you drove right past it, just on the other side of the underpass. $20 for power and water. Use a pressure meter as it's very high pressure. Fire pits, bathroom with showers, water nearby, friendly neighbours.

No dump station. Sign says Cenex, gas stations, but they charge ...if you can find one with a dump station.
