Lake Shetek State Park offers an interpretive trail out to Loon Island, which is scenic and gives facts about the area, 14 miles of hiking and 5 miles of snowmobile trails, and four camping cabins available year-round.

Lovely spot to stay , very peaceful and amenities are good , timer showers but nice hot water . Lots of nice walking paths around the lake .
